Proposition 23, Kidney Dialysis Clinics: No

OK, this is getting ridiculous. If you ever needed evidence that your default vote on propositions should be no, then this is it. This is nothing more than unions wasting state money — money the state doesn't have a lot of thanks to COVID-19 and this year’s wildfires — to try and put pressure on their companies to unionize because their other tactics haven’t worked.

This is a clear abuse of the initiative process. And it’s the second time they’ve pulled this craven stunt.

Reject this, thoroughly and completely. Vote No.
